Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. Our return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

1. Return Window

30 days from delivery date. Items must be returned within this window to qualify.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Items must meet ALL of the following:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.)
  • Accompanied by order confirmation or receipt

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We respond within 24 hours with approval or instructions
  3. Pack item securely in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship to: Provide via email when we accept your return request
  5. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: customer for return shipping
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items: we provide a prepaid return label

6. Refunds

  • Refunded to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • You receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Note: original payment processing fees charged by Stripe and PayPal are non-refundable

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Email [email protected] with your order number and the replacement item.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided not yet shipped. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged: photograph immediately and email [email protected] within 7 business days of delivery
  • Lost: contact us within 7 business days of estimated delivery date

10. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account or card statement
  2. Contact your bank — processing typically takes 3–10 business days
