Five Star Craft LLC operates Ship The Shoes at https://shiptheshoes.com, selling T-Shirts and Shoes products, including POD T-shirts and printed shoes, along with related items. We also offer a customization service.

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or utilizing any of our services, you signify your understanding and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices displayed on Ship The Shoes are in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • All applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs will be clearly disclosed to you at checkout before you confirm your payment.

3. Orders and Payment

  • We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Accepted credit and debit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Accepted digital wallets include PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Payment for your order will be charged at the time of order placement.
  • If your payment card is denominated in a currency other than USD, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which Ship The Shoes is not responsible.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Our primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time: Standard transit time is 5–7 business days.
  • Order Cutoff Time: The daily cutoff time for order processing is 0:00 PM GTM-7. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only to destinations within the United States.
  • Express Shipping: An express shipping option is available for an additional charge of $9.95, with an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days.
  • Shipping Claims: Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for eligible items. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

6. Promotions and Discounts

  • All terms and conditions related to any promotion, discount, or special offer will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
  • Ship The Shoes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or discount at any time without prior notice.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

8. User Accounts

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Five Star Craft LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall the maximum aggregate liability of Five Star Craft LLC exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question that gave rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Montana.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Ship The Shoes service or to any products or services sold or distributed by Ship The Shoes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Montana, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
